2. Strengthen straight line lead rail:
Because of the 1860 type cutting machine, the paper-pusher is more big, so when we use the strengthen straight line lead rail, can to make paper-pusher flexible and ensure the material precision. (if use common gag level lead rail, work load and accuracy error is more big). At the same time it can to be unbearable to strike.
(owing to the paper core block is heavy weight, inertia force is more big and feeding positioning have more impact force for paper-pusher.

3. Safety protective device:
In order to avoid people and machine injure to make the operating staff more safety, the machine more reliable, we have design many safety device.

A. Infrared ray protector device
Major to avoid the operating staff in case action miss and make personal harm.,

B. Knife bed electronic knife lock
If the mechanical or electrical appliance have some abnormal conditions, the electronic knife lock will lock the knife bed by itself, then the cutting machine will stoped and waiting for back-check.

C. Pull rod safety protective device
We have install highest sensitivity safety switch on the right and lefe pull rod, when the cutting machine have suffer a excess load and the safety bolt become less crowded or make the pull rod safety bolt breaking, the highest sensitivity safety switch will in action, then the electromagnetic clutch will to lose electricity, then knife bed will stop glissade, aviod machine harm.

4. Air chushion system and chromeplate panel
When we to adopted the Air chushion system and chromeplate panel, specialy to cutting the more massiness honeycomb paper core, will be relaxed, we also can equip the various kinds air pump, in order to optimum work condition.
